« L'hôtel était bien. La salle à manger est grande et beaucoup de choix au déjeuner. Le matelas était de piètre qualité. »

« The breakfast with more varieties »

« Le déjeuner était copieux et avec du choix. Nous étions au calme. La piscine était malheureusement hors service. Le lit du sofa lit était à faire et nous avons dû attendre le berceau dans la chambre ce qui est toujours ennuyeux pour une arrivée tardive. Tout le reste était parfait »

« There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

« This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me. »

« Cindy and Fred were incredibly welcoming and this cabin is really charming. Built by Fred, it’s a work of art. Instantly comfortable as it was a perfect spot to rest up after visiting local state parks. »

« Clean and quiet with nice amenities including A/C and a full size kitchen. One disappointment was the description said 3 bedrooms, so we expected 3 beds not 2 beds and a cot. »

« Great place to stay, kids loved watching the animals come up to eat and going down by the river. I will say if you younger kids, keep an eye on them, the water is moving fast. Mine are older so didnt have to worry to much. Comfy, clean place with no issues. »

« Our stay was amazing. We were able to get back to nature, enjoy family time, and catch up on much needed sleep. Sharon was the most gracious hostess and there was more than enough room for the for of us. The water (Lake Ontario) is just a short 5 minutes away, we were able to take in sunrises and sunsets that were so picturesque. I think that there is something for everyone when you stay here no matter how young or old you are. We will be staying here when we come back. Thank you so much. »

« This apartment is simply delightful. Quiet neighborhood, close to many of Watertown’s cultural centers and sites, clean and comfy home, excellent communication with host. »
